Info About Candida – Its Symptoms, Detection, Testing and Cure
Information about candida from a person that has experienced it first hand. I had it for many years and never even knew it. I had a lot of the signs and symptoms but lived with it because I thought it was natural just like most people think. I learned about candida from a company I joined in the network marketing field.
Healthy Probiotics Helped My Issues
I learned that taking a dose of good probiotics everyday helped to control my candida thrush issue.
There are three parts of any Candida treatment method plan:
- A no sugar diet
- All-natural antifungals
- Some good probiotics
These 3 actions deny Candida albicans of the food it requires to colonize in your stomach, and restore a healthy balance of great bacteria.
If you get all 3 collaborating, you have a great opportunity of reducing your Candida from growing out of control. So why are probiotics so essential, and just what is their role in beating Candida?
To start with, probiotics are a wonderful supplement to take whether you have a Candida overgrowth or not. They assist with digestion, decrease inflammation, boost your immunity, and maintain a healthy balance of flora in your digestive tract.
Whether you consume them in probiotic foods or in supplements, you ought to consider making probiotics a part of your day-to-day routine.
There are a number of reasons why probiotics are valuable for Candida sufferers. Selecting a good probiotic can make a difference to your resistance and general health.
Candida and Thrush
Candida and Thrush are almost the same thing. Thrush is the older name that was used and I can remember the term that many used “Thrush Mouth” because it showed up as a sign in the mouth. The white tongue was a sign that a person had Thrush hence the name Thrush Mouth. Maybe the newer term Candida is used more now because the fungus that causes Thrush is called Candida.
Do you need a multi-vitamin and mineral supplement? If so then bring whatever you are using to your doctor or physician to see if they give you the thumbs up for taking this pill or supplement. You can also print out the information sheet on this product. Before taking supplements or relying on information on a website you should pass it by your doctor. Your doctor is in the best position when it comes to your health and giving you advise.
Simple Home Spit Test for Candida or Thrush
Notice: This is not and exact test and you should seek your doctors advise and not rely on this test alone.
Here is how you do the test: The first thing you do in the morning is to spit into a clear glass of water. Use a 10 to 14 oz clear glass drinking cup. Spit gently onto the top of the water and watch it form. If it remains floating in a nice, cohesive blob, you’re probably pretty much Candida free. Now if after a few minutes, you find your spit beginning to develop long strand like tendrils that dissolve down into the glass of water then you probably have Candida. If your spit spreads out over the surface of the water this is also an indication you may have a Candida condition.
So look for any or all of the following three things when you do the “Spit Test”.
- long strand like tendrils that dissolve down into the glass
- spit spreads out over the surface of the water
- suspended particles in the middle of the glass and a glob at the bottom
- One or all of these conditions may show up in this test.
Below are two different pictures of what the “Spit Test” or “Saliva Test” may look like if you have a Candida Overgrowth.
The Candida Spit Test and information above is just a brief introduction to what Candida is and how to see if you may have this condition. I urge you to read the other pages on this website so you will know more about Candida and how it spreads from one person to another. You will also learn other ways to identify and treat Candida.
